Apostle David Adzaka is a Apostle of a Church called Calvary Empowerment Prayer Ministry at Tema in the capital city of Ghana, Obuasi at Ashanti Region and coming soon Kumasi, by God's Grace he is blessed with a wife and two beautiful children and a congregation mentioned above Town and city.

He is a Graduate in Theology and Ordained Apostle. Apostle David Adzaka is gifted man of God and equipped in various office in God's kingdom work including: Evangelism, preaching of the Gospel, Educator, healing, Teacher of the gospel,deliverance and prophecy.

He chairs and conducts many Conferences. He is passionate to win more souls, equipped the existing ones to stay and also he support the needy and less privilege.

His vision is to send the Word of God to all remote places in Ghana and outside Ghana by through Church Partnership, Fellowship, Alliance, Association and Prayer partnership.
